Sarah's Day With Daddy

Today was Chris' day with Sarah and it sounds like they had a great time! They went to Fry's in Fullerton to return some stuff then out the Bass Pro Shops in Rancho Cucamonga to look for some Camo for Sarah. They even had lunch at the restaurant located within Bass Pro Shops...she's totally digging her fries!

Our Little Walker!

Miss Sarah has been walking quite a bit lately! She took her first steps back at the end of December but really hadn't been pursuing it much but then in the last week or so she's really getting it! She's still crawling quite a bit too...she's realized she can move much quicker that way! Daycare is practicing her walking with her...she walks back and forth across the room and from teacher to teacher. She's so cute when she does it! Now if I can just catch it on video...

Her top 2 teeth came in and are about halfway down...she looks so cute when she smiles! Well...she's ALWAYS looked cute! I just checked her mouth this morning and she has 2 MORE top teeth that are just breaking through! Looks like she'll have 6 teeth for her first birthday!

She's also started saying a new word "Nana" for "banana"...yup she LOVES her bananas and eats at least 1 a day! She's also starting shaking her head for "No"...let's just say she uses that one A LOT!!

She has a followup doctor appointment on Friday to check her bronchitis. The poor thing has been on an inhaler 3 times a day for a week already to "open up" her lungs. Let's hope it has worked and she won't need it anymore!!

More Antibiotics

We found out on Sunday (at the urgent care clinic) that Miss Sarah now has a double ear infection and still has a "touch" of bronchitis. So...even though she just finished her Amoxicillin last Friday (yes, 2 days before the ear infection diagnosis) she got a shot of antibiotics by the doctor and started a new one last night (Zithromax). Let's hope this one gets this little girl healthy!!

The Little Gymnast

So for the last few Miss Sarah has been attending Saturday morning classes at The Little Gym. She's a "birdie"...the class for kids 10 months old to 18 months old. Do I think she's ready for the olympics yet? No, but it's a lot of fun for her and for us (and for Grandma who also got to take her to a class!)! Here's a picture and some videos!
